1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and conditions (‘Terms’) are designed to inform you (the ‘User’) about specific conditions and guidelines that you must adhere to when accessing the Site and any associated content, including but not limited to opinions, data, information, text, files, images, photos, audio, and video content (‘Content’). Your use or engagement with this Site implies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Site. Our Identity and Purpose. Premiumsoccertips is a platform offering access to sports-related information, with an emphasis on expert opinions regarding potential outcomes of sporting events (referred to as ‘Tip’ or ‘Tips’). A Tip may encompass (1) recommended types of bets available from independent gaming platforms (such as home/draw/away bets, over/under, Asian handicap, etc.); and (2) optimal odds available from these gaming platforms.

Not a Gambling Site. With regards to the Tips, we do not accept wagers or bets. Betting on our Site is not possible. While you can purchase Tips here, the purchase price exclusively covers the opinion presented in the Tip and is independent of the odds or actual event outcome. We do not facilitate payouts or bear any risk or position concerning event outcomes. It is solely your responsibility to act upon the Tips, and any wins or losses incurred through using these Tips on independent gaming platforms are your own. We have no affiliation with any gaming site or gambling operator.

2. Membership

Account Creation. Membership is offered without charge. Upon creating an account and accepting these terms, you become a Site member. Membership grants you access to view and purchase Tips.

Membership Requirements. You must be 18 years of age or older. Failure to meet this requirement renders you ineligible to utilize our services. If we discover or suspect that you are under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice. Membership is non-transferable.

Compliance with Applicable Law. Although we are not a gambling site, we recognize that Tips may be used for gambling purposes by buyers. 3. Specific Disclaimer

Assumption of Risk. Your use of this Site and purchase of Tips entails personal risk and liability. We provide no guarantees, assurances, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding Tips. It is your duty to verify the accuracy of information presented in a Tip. You are responsible for verifying any Tip you consider purchasing. You are solely responsible for determining the validity or feasibility of a Tip and whether the relevant sporting event offers the stated betting types and odds.

We make no guarantees of successful Tips or their availability at any given time.

4. Limitations

Utilization of Tips for Gambling. Any action taken based on purchased Tips is independently executed by the buyer, separate from the Site. If you employ a Tip on third-party gambling platforms, you should solely rely on such third parties for relevant liability or obligations arising from Tip use.

Tips as Opinions, Not Promises. A Tip is an opinion and not a promise, representation, contractual provision, stipulation, warranty, or guarantee of any expected outcome. Your reliance on such advice is solely your choice and at your own risk. The Site bears no liability for outcomes resulting from such reliance.

No Resale of Tips. Buyers are prohibited from reselling, assigning, or transferring Tips found on the Site for commercial purposes. The Site’s use is permitted solely for personal purposes and not commercial use.

Limitation of Liability. In exchange for our Site’s services and other considerations, you release the Site, its owner, directors, officers, affiliates, associates, and employees from claims, demands, losses, causes of action, and damages (both direct and consequential) of all kinds and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising from your use of the Site, Tips, or any other Content on the Site. This includes waiving any limitations on general releases under applicable law.

Without limiting the above, you absolve the Site from any liability stemming from inaccurate Tips or Tips that result in losing bets or inappropriate bets.

5. Buyer Transactions

Subscription Options. Two types of memberships are available: 3-day and 30-day subscriptions. We retain the right to modify subscription prices at any time. For a 3-day subscription, a minimum of 3 Tips is aimed for. For the 30-day subscription, a minimum of 10 Tips is targeted. If the minimum is not met by the subscription’s expiration, an extension may be applied until the minimum is fulfilled.

Rebilling. Some subscriptions may auto-renew through Premiumsoccertips. To cancel an auto-renewing subscription, contact us through the provided contact details on the Site. Alternatively, if you use payment solutions like PayPal or HiPay, you can manage recurring payments through those platforms.

Currency Conversion. You are responsible for currency conversion costs associated with your account. We are not responsible for conversion rates or fees imposed by your financial institution. Your financial institution handles currency conversion and may charge additional fees, leading to extra costs when purchasing from us.

Order Cancellation. We hold the right to refuse accepted orders in specific situations, such as incorrect or unverifiable billing information, flagged security concerns, suspicion of your age being under 18, or suspicion of reselling or distributing tips to third parties. Refunds for payments already made are not offered.

Disputes with Payment Agents. Disputes lodged with payment solutions or agents might result in account suspension until the payment agent’s dispute is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

Exclusivity of Ownership. Our Site, the Premiumsoccertips name, Content, related software, networks, platforms, databases, account data, interface, concepts, articles, trade secrets, illustrations, designs, technology, developments, trademarks, copyrights, logos, trade dress, methodologies, and other proprietary information constitute our exclusive intellectual property (‘Intellectual Property’).

No Grant of Rights. Nothing on this Site implies any license or right to use the displayed Intellectual Property, whether explicitly or implicitly. Viewing the Site might involve downloading materials to your device. These downloaded materials remain our property, and you must delete or transfer them as per our instructions, if any.

Limited Permission. We grant you limited permission to use Site materials solely for informational, non-commercial, and personal purposes. These materials must not be copied, broadcast, or posted on networks or media, and no modifications should be made. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited. No logos, graphics, sounds, or images from the Site should be copied or retransmitted unless explicitly permitted.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidentiality. Treat Tips as confidential once provided to you. Failure to maintain this confidentiality permits us to seek damages and legal action. Any confidential information about us or other members encountered while using the Site must not be disclosed to others.

Privacy. Your privacy is respected and safeguarded through reasonable measures. When becoming a member, you provide certain information about yourself. This information may be utilized by us and contractors to provide Site services, including marketing activities. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled and is integral to these Terms. While we strive to secure your information, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and any data provided to us may not be entirely secure.

8. General User Responsibilities

Prohibited Actions. You commit to not:

use false email addresses, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliations;
attempt unauthorized access to computer systems or Content through the Site;
enter agreements inconsistent with these Terms;
use information from the Site in ways that may confuse or mislead consumers;
interrupt, negatively affect, or alter Site operations;

User-Generated Content. We can view or remove your content at our discretion, for reasons such as quality assurance, unauthorised use, misleading information, offensive content, or breach of others’ rights. This includes the potential for liability.

9. Suspension or Termination

Reserved Rights. Membership is not automatic but rather a benefit for compliant members. We reserve the right, based on reasonable discretion, to determine if your Site use adheres to these Terms. We can modify or terminate the Site or services without notice and suspend or terminate your account for reasonable causes, including fraud suspicion or non-compliance with these Terms. Permanent account termination implies you cannot reapply for a new account.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. However, cancellation does not result in refunds for previous payments. Account cancellation may result in permanent deletion of content and data from the Site.

10. Miscellaneous

Support. Contact [email protected] for questions or information regarding charged services and registration status. We commit to responding promptly. Communication must be respectful and appropriate.

Relationship between Parties. These terms do not establish a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us or any other member. Neither party can bind the other.

Interpretation. Terms like ‘include’ and ‘including’ indicate inclusion rather than limitation. If discretion is mentioned, it implies sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution. Parties aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved within 14 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in Belize. Legal actions related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Belize courts. Claims arising from Site use must be filed within one year of occurrence.

Responsible Gambling. We encourage responsible gambling even though we are not a gambling site. Tips may be used for gambling, and you are urged to gamble responsibly.
